Harvest Classic to Lasoski

Danny Lasoski inherited the lead from Jac Haudenschild on lap 19 of the 30 lap Harvest Classic and then cruised to his first ever Classic win at the beautiful Calistoga Speedway in the renowned Napa wine country.

Haudenschild, the winner of both Harvest preliminary features, looked to be headed for a Stoga sweep. However, a broken radius rod sent the "Wild Child" for a cushion jumping ride that ended with the Fetch-oMatic #22 against the fence in turn one.

With Haudenschild out of the picture - the race belonged to the "Dude" in the Beef Packers #83. Lasoski held off Steve Kinser who started in the fourth row for the $20,000 victory.
