This is from a 1971 Capital Speedway racing program. My Dad, Gary (the correct spelling), was the announcer at the track every Saturday night. At age 3, I only understood that Stormy Knight Jr., the driver of #74, was going to Heaven to see Jimmy Gordon. --- Bobby Gerould

#40 Pete Murphy and #18 Todd Bammer at last NARC race ever at San Jose, Sept. 25, 1999. Murphy, of Australia, is now now a fixture in California.

On July 1, 2000, Ronnie Day found Calistoga's winners circle for the 7th time in his career. Day's 7 wins at the famous half-mile are good for 14th on the All-Time Calistoga winners list.
