...The 360's will hit Calistoga Speedway Saturday night June 21. The North/South battle will pit the Civil War series vs. the Rebel Cup series. It was ten years ago when the first 360 race was held at the scary 1/2 mile. Ronnie Day won the event in dominating fashion. That race was held July 2, 1993.

2003 - ...Ronnie Day topped the Rebel Cup field in Hanford utilizing MAXIM Race Chassis, starting 12th and taking the lead with six laps remaining in the 30 lap event Saturday evening.

June 2002 - Ronnie Day's Midget win at Bakersfield Speedway was his first since two years ago at Hanford. Day is a quality pilot who is one of only five to named California's best winged sprint car driver. The likeable Salinas driver was "King of California" in 2000, joining Kent, Brent Kaeding, Tim Green, and Randy Hannagan as the only champs in the 16 year history of the Golden State Challenge.

Day Makes it Look Easy in Rebel Cup Win - By Bobby Gerould - 06/15/02 - Hanford, CA. ...Former, King of California Ronnie Day, made his first California Rebel Cup appearance of 2002 at Kings Speedway Saturday night. Day, in Mike Sala's #19, winged 360 sprinter, passed Ricci Faria on the extreme outside of turn 4, and then cruised to a convincing win. Faria was runner-up, with Tim Worth, Criag Stidham, and Kurt Nelson rounding out the top five. 22 cars timed in, paced by Day's 14.299 clocking on the 3/8's mile clay oval.
